We're excited to announce today that Sedai has been accepted into the Amazon Web Services Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, a co-sell program for AWS Partners that provide software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS (read the formal press release here). This builds upon our existing partnership with AWS and allows AWS account managers to co-sell Sedai alongside native AWS solutions such as Lambda, EKS and ECS.
The ISV Accelerate program helps partners drive new business and accelerate sales cycles by directly connecting the participating ISVs with the AWS Sales organization. We're delighted to be in the company of current and past ISV Accelerate partners including Datadog, Databricks, Alert Logic, Auth0 and Orca Security.. This announcement builds on our prior announcement of our selection as a Gartner Cool Vendor for 2022.
Sedai’s acceptance into the AWS ISV Accelerate Program allows the company to provide better outcomes to customers, as AWS ISV Accelerate Partners and the AWS Sales organization work together. The ISV Accelerate Program will help accelerate our ability to reach new AWS customers and help them capture the full potential of autonomous cloud operations for services such as AWS Lambda, EKS and ECS.
AWS EKS, ECS & Lambda customers use Sedai's ML-based autonomous cloud platform to optimize for availability, performance and cost at a fraction of the manual effort needed when using today's legacy operations tools. When customers roll out autonomous cloud, I liken the impact to instantly adding 10 SREs that work 24/7 to help optimize your cloud.
Customers typically see a 10x ROI driven by the combination of significant application improvements combined with the minimal implementation and management effort as a result of the autonomous nature of the system.
The video below from AWS customer fabric describes how fabric used Sedai to achieve a 48% latency reduction while improving the customer/SRE ratio by 6.7x.
For Kubernetes users, Sedai's autonomous cloud platform helps AWS customers realize the promise of Kubernetes by overcoming the complexity of manual configuration which results in many Kubernetes users underachieving on performance, cost, and availability. By using an ML-based autonomous cloud platform that optimizes applications, nodes and purchase levers, Sedai can help Kubernetes users optimize their deployments with a fraction of the effort of traditional approaches.
For serverless users, Sedai helps AWS Lambda users optimize performance & cost by finding the ideal memory configuration, identify & resolving OOM & other availability issues and solving cold start issues with autonomous concurrency.
Below is a short demo of Sedai's autonomous availability capability. In this demo, we show how Sedai responds to a CPU spike that has slowed website performance to a snail's pace. Sedai detects the problem and brings in more CPU to solve the problem after applying safety checks.AWS customers trust our autonomous availability capability to operate 24/7 on their behalf to find and fix problems without human intervention that would threaten their uptime and performance goals.
Sedai's approach includes safety checks to ensure potential production changes are safe to execute. This approach builds on the experiences our engineering team has gained building systems that execute over 2 million autonomous actions a year, safely, in production.
The Sedai Autonomous Cloud Platform is now available in AWS Marketplace. AWS Marketplace is a curated digital catalog that customers can use to find, buy, deploy, and manage third-party software, data, and services to build solutions and run their businesses on AWS. AWS customers can also sign up free here or request a demo.
