Bio

Nikhil Gopinath Kurup is Sr. Vice President of Machine Learning at Sedai. As a pioneer of autonomous cloud optimization, Nikhil played a critical role in building Sedai’s proprietary machine learning technology, which enables customers to dramatically reduce their cloud costs and prevent availability issues. He is a leading expert on both the frontier of AI/ML as well as modern cloud services, across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Nikhil partners with companies like Palo Alto Networks, HP, and GSK to optimize their infrastructure.

Before Sedai, Nikhil gained broad engineering and data science experience at H20.ai, Kore.ai, and Teradata. He earned a Master’s Degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley.
